We do not claim ownership over TikTok content on third-party platforms. TikTok profiles, videos, and engagement metrics remain subject to TikTok’s own terms and policies.

Reporting Copyright Infringement

Counter-Notification Process

If FollowersFly removes or disables access to material based on a copyright notice and you believe the removal was mistaken or misidentified, you may submit a counter-notification that includes information required under applicable law.

A valid counter-notification typically includes your signature, identification of the removed material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, your name and contact details, and consent to jurisdiction where required.

After receiving a qualifying counter-notification, we may forward it to the original complainant and restore material after the legally applicable period unless the complainant initiates further legal action, consistent with applicable law.

Repeat Infringer Policy

FollowersFly may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts or access for users who are determined to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances, consistent with applicable law and our Terms of Service .

We may also take action when abuse patterns suggest bad-faith complaints, fraudulent chargebacks, or attempts to weaponize copyright processes against legitimate customers.

Good Faith Requirement

Both copyright notices and counter-notifications should be submitted in good faith. Misuse of DMCA processes can harm innocent parties and may carry legal consequences.

FollowersFly reviews submissions for completeness and plausibility but does not adjudicate complex ownership disputes. Where ownership is unclear, parties may need to resolve the matter through appropriate legal channels.

False Claim Warning

Knowingly submitting a false or materially misleading copyright notice or counter-notification may expose you to liability under applicable law, including potential damages and attorney’s fees in some jurisdictions.

Do not claim infringement for competitive disputes, refund disagreements, or general dissatisfaction with a TikTok growth service order-those matters are handled through support and our Refund Policy , not DMCA takedown procedures.

Processing Time

We aim to acknowledge complete DMCA notices promptly and take appropriate action within a reasonable timeframe based on the complexity of the claim and the information provided.
